<p>Location: EMEA<br>Timezone: CET <br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Web Analytics & Tracking Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical quality of analytics implementations across a diverse portfolio of clients — spanning different industries, website setups, and technology stacks. You will act as the go-to expert for analytics implementation, tag management, and data integrity, working closely with internal teams to ensure tracking is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose across all client properties.</p><h3><span style="color: #000000"><br>Responsibilities</span></h3><ul><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Audit and validate analytics implementations across GA4, GTM, advertising pixels, and custom events; proactively identify gaps or misconfigurations before they impact data quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Diagnose and resolve tracking issues caused by website updates or code changes, distinguishing between technical failures and genuine performance shifts.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Design and validate tracking for complex scenarios — multi-step funnels, external checkouts, third-party integrations, multiple domains, and iframes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Implement and troubleshoot cross-domain tracking, ensuring user journey continuity and correct attribution across platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Support Consent Mode v2 implementation and CMP integration with GTM, configuring tag behavior in line with privacy regulations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Investigate discrepancies between analytics and advertising platforms, determining whether fixes require GTM or development-level changes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Serve as the internal expert for GA4 and GTM — supporting technical investigations, team troubleshooting, and tracking documentation.</span></p></li></ul><br><br><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of strong hands-on experience<span style="color: #000000"> with </span><strong><span style="color: #000000">Google Tag Manager (GTM)</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> — tag setup, triggers, variables, custom templates, and debugging.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Solid expertise in </span><strong><span style="color: #000000">Google Analytics 4 (GA4)</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> — event schema, data streams, conversions, audiences, and DebugView.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Experience implementing and auditing </span><strong><span style="color: #000000">advertising pixels</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Proficiency in </span><strong><span style="color: #000000">cross-domain tracking</span></strong><span style="color: #000000">, including linker configuration and parameter propagation.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Familiarity with </span><strong><span style="color: #000000">Consent Mode v2</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> and CMP integrations (e.g., OneTrust, Cookiebot).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Ability to read and understand </span><strong><span style="color: #000000">HTML, JavaScript, and CSS</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> well enough to diagnose tracking issues and review implementation code.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Experience with browser developer tools (</span><strong><span style="color: #000000">Chrome DevTools</span></strong><span style="color: #000000">, Network tab, Console) and tag debugging tools (GTM Preview, GA4 DebugView, Tag Assistant).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Understanding of </span><strong><span style="color: #000000">data layer</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> architecture and event-driven tracking patterns.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Experience investigating discrepancies across platforms and working with imperfect or incomplete data.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Familiarity with </span><strong><span style="color: #000000">iframe</span></strong><span style="color: #000000">, multi-domain, and third-party checkout tracking challenges.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Knowledge of </span><strong><span style="color: #000000">privacy regulations</span></strong><span style="color:
