Cube Care is looking for detail-oriented and proactive REMOTE CPAs to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive smarter business decisions. This is more than just a number-crunching job. You will be a trusted advisor helping shape financial health and long-term growth, all from the flexibility of a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Analyze, organize, update financial records.</li> <li>Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.</li> <li>Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc.</li> <li>Setup financial accounts as needed.</li> <li>Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables.</li> <li>Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns.</li> <li>Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly.</li> <li>Keep company financial information confidential.</li> <li>Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization.</li> <li>Inventory Management</li> <li>China Purchase Management</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Excellent English verbal and written communication.</li> <li>Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field.</li> <li>Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).</li> <li>Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</li> <li>Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System.</li> <li>Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements.</li> <li>Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently</li> <li>Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude</li> <li>Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.</li> <li>Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus. </li> </ul> System Requirements: <ul> <li>Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent</li> <li>Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB</li> <li>Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.</li> <li>Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection</li> <li>REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port</li> <li>REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording</li> </ul> We’re picky.
