<p>We are looking for a proactive and technically curious <strong>Technical Support Engineer</strong> to join our growing team.</p><p>In this role, you will support customers by investigating technical issues, troubleshooting platform behavior, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will work closely with internal engineering and operations teams while communicating directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues efficiently.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working with web applications, administrative platforms, and API-driven systems.</p><hr><h1>Key Responsibilities</h1><ul><li><p>Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot platform issues using browser Developer Tools (Network and Console).</p></li><li><p>Investigate customer-reported issues and identify root causes.</p></li><li><p>Review and update records within internal administrative platforms.</p></li><li><p>Monitor workflow status and validate transaction progress.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot issues involving third-party integrations and external verification services.</p></li><li><p>Investigate API requests and asynchronous system processes.</p></li><li><p>Escalate software bugs to the engineering team with detailed findings and reproduction steps.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve complex technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions.</p></li><li><p>Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional and timely communication.</p></li></ul><hr><h1>Required Qualifications</h1><ul><li><p>Previous experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Customer Support, or a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with browser Developer Tools (Chrome DevTools, Network & Console tabs).</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with relational databases and administrative web applications.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of asynchronous workflows and system processes.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><hr><h1>Preferred Qualifications</h1><ul><li><p>Experience supporting SaaS platforms.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with Django Admin or similar administration interfaces.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with API integrations and third-party services.</p></li><li><p>Basic SQL knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with ticketing systems.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience supporting logistics, transportation, compliance, or fleet management platforms is a plus.</p></li></ul><hr><h1>Technologies You'll Work With</h1><ul><li><p>Django Admin</p></li><li><p>Browser Developer Tools</p></li><li><p>REST APIs</p></li><li><p>JSON</p></li><li><p>HTML / CSS / JavaScript</p></li><li><p>SQL Databases</p></li><li><p>Third-Party API Integrations</p></li><li><p>SaaS Administration Platforms</p></li></ul>
