The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide proactive high volume full-lifecycle recruitment and strategic sourcing for the company. With a passion for finding and attracting top talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across various departments to deliver the best candidate experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, highly organized, and energized by growth and change. Experience supporting healthcare, behavioral health, startup, or multi-site expansion hiring environments is strongly preferred. Full Life Cycle Recruitment <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination</li> <li>Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities</li> <li>Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines</li> <li>Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process</li> <li>Guide hiring leaders through the interview and selection process while ensuring consistency and compliance with hiring practices</li> <li>Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with HR and Compensation as applicable</li> <li>Maintain recruitment activity, candidate records, and requisition updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS)</li> </ul> Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Promote the organization’s employer brand through candidate engagement and recruiting outreach</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Promote the organization’s employer brand through candidate engagement and recruiting outreach</li> </ul> Candidate Experience & Partnership <ul> <li>Deliver a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li> <li>Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring leaders regarding status updates and timelines</li> <li>Serve as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor to operational leaders and cross-functional teams</li> <li>Support onboarding and pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires</li> </ul> Recruitment Operations & Compliance <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational hiring practices</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with process improvement initiatives and recruitment workflow optimization</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in special projects and workforce planning initiatives as assigned</li> <li>Performs all other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> This is a fully remote position. </div> <div> What You'll Bring: <ul> <li>High School Diploma (or equivalent)</li> <li>At least 3 years’ experience in recruiting/staffing</li> <li>At least 2 years’ experience recruiting in behavioral health or healthcare</li> <li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)</li> <li>Experience with high volume recruitment</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite</li> <li>The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy.
