With a passion for finding and attracting top talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across various departments to deliver the best candidate experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, highly organized, and energized by growth and change. Experience supporting healthcare, behavioral health, startup, or multi-site expansion hiring environments is strongly preferred.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Full Life Cycle Recruitment</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;
