This role will play a key part in strengthening Better Together’s impact by building strong candidate pipelines, supporting hiring managers through a consistent and efficient hiring process, and ensuring a positive experience for every applicant from first contact through onboarding.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles and will help improve internal systems and processes that make hiring more effective, efficient, and scalable. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, relational, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where excellence and responsiveness matter.An ideal candidate will have, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. They should feel called to serve children and families in crisis and share our passion for providing meaningful pathways toward stability and independence. We are seeking someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and care. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely, demonstrates the ability to solve problems and improve processes, and builds trust quickly with both candidates and internal stakeholders. The organization’s headquarters are in Naples, Florida, but all the Better Together staff reside in Florida. Better Together has built a highly successful work culture over the past decade with systems and structures designed for clarity, flexibility, and great communication.
