This role sits at the intersection of Design, Engineering, and AI-assisted development, combining deep systems thinking with exceptional product craft and front-end expertise. You will help define how design systems scale across the organization while ensuring consistency, usability, accessibility, and alignment between design artifacts and production code. You will collaborate closely with Product Design, Creative, and Engineering teams to build scalable component systems, modernize tooling and workflows, and enable faster, more consistent product development. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys driving both technical and design innovation. <hr data-start="1714" data-end="1717"> <h1 evolve the company’s multi-platform design system across web and mobile applications.</li> <li data-section-id="1jggbz0" data-start="1842" data-end="1927">Establish scalable system architecture, governance models, and adoption strategies.</li> <li data-section-id="u292dn" data-start="1928" data-end="2036">Design and implement reusable, accessible, and scalable UI components using modern front-end technologies.</li> <li data-section-id="m90qo6" data-start="2037" data-end="2168">Partner with Design and Creative teams to ensure high standards for visual craft, motion, interaction quality, and usability.</li> <li data-section-id="1wxqg66" data-start="2169" data-end="2304">Collaborate with Engineering on architectural decisions involving CI/CD, design tokens, tooling, and distribution infrastructure.</li> <li data-section-id="mlkpbq" data-start="2305" data-end="2386">Lead migration efforts from legacy UI patterns toward shared system components.</li> <li data-section-id="e7yuj7" data-start="2387" data-end="2508">Build and optimize design-to-code workflows, integrating tools such as Figma and AI-assisted development platforms.</li> <li data-section-id="1egmys3" data-start="2509" data-end="2607">Implement automated quality systems including visual regression testing and system auditing.</li> <li data-section-id="910out" data-start="2608" data-end="2715">Improve developer experience and ensure alignment between design artifacts and production implementation.</li> <li data-section-id="17dg5y2" data-start="2716" data-end="2821">Introduce and standardize AI-assisted workflows that accelerate design and engineering consistency.</li> <li data-section-id="1qq087p" data-start="2822" data-end="2924">Mentor Skills</h1> <ul data-start="3065" data-end="3954"> <li data-section-id="ameho8" data-start="3065" data-end="3164">7+ years of experience in front-end engineering, design engineering, or creative engineering.</li> <li data-section-id="1ki29i" data-start="3165" data-end="3283">Strong experience building and scaling design systems and component libraries across multiple teams or products.</li> <li data-section-id="yentsd" data-start="3284" data-end="3348">Deep knowledge of React (Web) and React Native ecosystems.</li> <li data-section-id="1u2e2bt" data-start="3349" data-end="3442">Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture and component-driven development.</li> <li data-section-id="1dct8r0" data-start="3443" data-end="3537">Expertise in design systems, typography, motion, interaction design, and visual systems.</li> <li data-section-id="258l8v" data-start="3538" data-end="3641">Experience implementing design-to-code pipelines, including design tokens and Figma
