This role blends design, content creation, and innovation—making you the creative heartbeat of our marketing efforts.<br><br><br><b>Duties & Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Lead creative vision across social, digital, web, and campaign assets — ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned output</li><li>Translate campaign goals into compelling creative concepts for social, lifecycle, and funnel marketing</li><li>Balance hands-on execution with strategic guidance for freelance/junior contributors</li><li>Partner with the Head of Marketing to define creative standards and performance benchmarks</li><li>Ideate, design, and produce static, video, and motion content across <b>Meta</b>, <b>LinkedIn</b>, <b>YouTube</b>, <b>Instagram</b>, email, and more</li><li>Deliver engaging social-first content: Reels, memes, carousels, testimonials, story takeovers</li><li>Create multiple creative variations to support paid campaigns with the Growth Marketing team</li><li>Stay ahead of design and content trends for fresh, engaging output</li><li>Design websites, landing pages, and digital assets across the customer journey — from onboarding to retention initiatives</li><li>Produce creative assets for emails, webinars, newsletters, reports, and sales collateral</li><li>Must be efficient with building landing pages on <b>Figma</b></li><li>Leverage AI tools (<b>Midjourney</b>, <b>Runway</b>, <b>Adobe AI</b>, etc.) to accelerate and enhance production</li><li>Build creative templates, workflows, and processes for speed and scalability</li><li>Test innovative formats while maintaining quality</li><li>Align creative with campaign objectives and audience insights in collaboration with Marketing</li><li>Partner with Tech on UX/UI initiatives where required</li><li>Support PR, editorial, and thought leadership projects with impactful visuals</li><li>Share creative insights and learnings to improve results</li></ul><br><br><b>Key Skills:</b><ul><li>Strong grasp of web /landing page design, social-first content, motion, and storytelling</li><li>Proven ability to design for paid, social, lifecycle, and video channels with measurable results</li><li>Comfortable using AI creative tools to accelerate ideas and production</li><li>Organised, detail-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Growth mindset — eager to learn, adapt, and push creative boundaries</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications:</b><ul><li><b>5 to 6 years of experience</b> in digital design and multimedia content</li><li>Advanced proficiency in <b>Adobe Creative Suite</b></li><li>Experience in designing <b>websites and landing pages</b></li><li>Expertise in motion graphics and <b>UX design</b></li></ul><br><br><b>Technical Requirements:</b><ul><li>Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+</li><li>256GB Storage space - minimum</li><li>8-16GB RAM - minimum</li><li>Dual Core CPU - minimum</li><li>Camera: HD Webcam (720p)</li><li>Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)</li><li>Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum</li></ul><br><br><b>About Us</b><p>Outsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
