With over an 80+ year legacy of advancing science and a mission of innovating for a healthier world, our dedicated team collaborates closely with commercial, government, academic and healthcare customers to deliver our broad portfolio of analytical solutions, and OneSource services.<h2>Job Title</h2>Senior Finance Analyst - G&A Functions<h2> Location(s)</h2>Poland - Remote (Home Based)<h2></h2>Job DescriptionResponsibilities<ul><li>Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑range planning cycles for all assigned G&A functions.</li><li>Partner with function leaders to develop accurate budget assumptions and ensure financial discipline.</li><li>Prepare monthly reporting packages highlighting performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.</li><li>Track functional KPIs, spending drivers, headcount trends, and cost allocation impacts.</li><li>Highlight risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations to functional leaders and Corporate FP&A.</li><li>Provide clear, insight‑driven analysis that supports decision‑making at the senior executive level.</li><li>Build and maintain financial models supporting G&A cost optimization, workforce plans, compensation trends, and investment prioritization.</li><li>Conduct ad hoc analysis on organizational changes, productivity initiatives, and cross‑functional projects.</li><li>Drive improvements in G&A budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.</li><li>Support standardization of reporting templates and cost frameworks across functions.</li><li>Partner with the finance organization to enhance both ERP and reporting tools.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>4+ years of related business experience in Finance with a track record of graduated and scalable success</li><li>Business partnering experience</li><li>Experience in accessing, querying, and manipulating data within ERP systems and enterprise applications, e.g., SAP, Hyperion (HFM/Essbase) and Business Objects</li><li>Fluent in English at least CEFR C1 level</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Experience in understanding issues, analyzing data, deriving conclusions, and developing practical solutions</li><li>Experience in accessing, querying, and manipulating data within ERP systems and enterprise applications, e.g., SAP, Hyperion (HFM/Essbase) and Business Objects</li><li>Experience working in a global team</li></ul><ul><li>Team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity.</li><li>Strong ability to navigate through ambiguity, show initiative, and confidently speak to executive leadership.</li><li>Strategic thinker. Strong bias for action.
