<h3>Role Summary</h3>We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Advanced Engineer with 6+ years of experience to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and its ecosystem (e.g., Replicon, Concur, etc.).The ideal candidate will be part of a global virtual team supporting SAP deployments, working closely with vendors, internal teams, and leadership. This role requires strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of financial processes, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and best practices.<h3></h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ol><li>Design, develop, and configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ABAP solutions</li><li>Implement custom enhancements to meet business requirements</li><li>Support UAT, upgrades, M&A activities, and vendor coordination</li><li>Configure and maintain systems for optimal performance and reliability</li><li>Troubleshoot ABAP programs and resolve technical issues</li><li>Enhance modules focusing on Authorization, Data Migration, and Integration</li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues</li><li>Manage system backups and recovery processes</li><li>Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and compliance</li><li>Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements</li><li>Implement new features and modules within the SAP ecosystem</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations</li><li>Develop and execute performance improvement plans</li><li>Track SAP updates, perform impact analysis, and communicate changes</li><li>Lead root cause analysis and support incident resolution</li><li>Provide guidance on support tickets and issue management</li><li>Participate in on-call support during releases/deployments</li><li>Act as SME across Fiori, ABAP, CDS Views, OData, Integration Suite, BADI</li><li>Contribute to knowledge base and technical documentation</li><li>Support team members during peak workloads</li></ol><h3></h3><h3>Qualifications</h3><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field</li><li>Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud administration</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities</li><li>In-depth understanding of databases, OS (Windows/Linux), and networking</li><li>SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification preferred</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ol><h3>Required Skills & Expertise</h3><ol><li>Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture</li><li>Functional expertise in areas such as FICO, OTC, PS, Security, or Integrations</li><li>Experience in system monitoring and performance tuning</li><li>Advanced troubleshooting capabilities</li><li>Knowledge of SAP transport management and database systems</li><li>Understanding of cloud computing and modern infrastructure</li><li>Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell) – preferred</li><li>Knowledge of project management methodologies</li></ol><h3>Technologies & Tools</h3><ol><li>SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud</li><li>SAP Fiori & SAP GUI</li><li>Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure</li><li>Windows & Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Networking protocols and security tools</li><li>System monitoring & performance tuning tools</li></ol><h3>Expected Outcomes</h3><ol><li>Efficient management and optimization of SAP systems</li><li>High system performance and reliability</li><li>Strong security and access control implementation</li><li>Quick resolution of complex issues</li><li>Robust backup and recovery processes</li><li>Well-maintained documentation and compliance standards</li><li>Improved system adoption through user support and training</li><li>Successful audits and regulatory compliance</li><li>Seamless integration with business applications</li></ol>
