We help private equity-backed companies modernize commercial and customer engagement capabilities with speed, pragmatism, and measurable outcomes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our Salesforce practice focuses on <strong>using the platform as intended</strong> — leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities, accelerating time to value, and avoiding unnecessary complexity.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a <strong>Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant</strong>, you will be responsible for the hands-on configuration, optimization, and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our clients.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is focused on <strong>practical implementation</strong>, not heavy custom development. You will leverage <strong>out-of-the-box Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next capabilities</strong> to design and deploy scalable, maintainable marketing journeys, automation, and data models.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work closely with clients, CRM teams, and data teams to enable effective customer engagement across channels while ensuring alignment with broader Salesforce and data architectures.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud using out-of-the-box capabilities, with a strong focus on <strong>Marketing Cloud Next</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and build customer journeys, automations, and segmentation using Journey Builder and related tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Configure data models, data extensions, and integrations with Salesforce CRM and other data sources</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support email, SMS, and multi-channel campaign execution using standard Marketing Cloud features</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable platform configurations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance, data management, and maintainability</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support testing, deployment, and user enablement for Marketing Cloud solutions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Troubleshoot configuration issues and optimize existing Marketing Cloud setups</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for high-caliber professionals who meet the following criteria:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of hands-on experience with <strong>Salesforce Marketing Cloud</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Practical experience configuring <strong>Marketing Cloud Next</strong> using standard, out-of-the-box functionality</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud data models, journeys, automation, and segmentation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working in client-facing consulting environments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication skills with the ability to explain platform capabilities to non-technical stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is strongly preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in PE-backed, fast-paced environments is a plus</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Our Values</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Client First — We focus relentlessly on delivering outcomes that create value for our clients</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We, Not Me — We win together.
