Salesforce AI & Agentic Engineer - 4+ Years

<p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span>Build and integrate <strong>Einstein, GPT, and Salesforce AI</strong> capabilities into business workflows.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span>Design <strong>agentic capabilities</strong> such as autonomous workflows, reasoning chains, dynamic task execution and contextual assistance within Salesforce apps.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span>Develop LWC, Apex, Flows, and platform events to deliver AI‑augmented user experiences.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span>Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (<strong>RAG</strong>) patterns and integrate external data sources for enhanced AI responses.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span>Work with <strong>prompts, prompt templates, grounding strategies, embeddings, vector search</strong>, and knowledge augmentation.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span>Implement, test, and refine <strong>AI copilots, AI assistants, service bots, and conversational experiences</strong>.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span>Collaborate with architects to define AI governance, trust, safety, and responsible use guardrails.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span>Build integrations with external AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) as required.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:" calibri",sans-serif;"=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:107%;">Optimize performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI workflows and ensure alignment with business outcomes.</span></span></p>
