Salesforce Admin/Developer
Auto Import<p><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities:</span><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Salesforce Administration</span><br>• Administer Salesforce orgs including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.<br>• Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.<br>• Integration with external identity providers like OKTA, using SAML or OIDC.<br>• Manage data integrity through data imports, exports, cleansing, and validation.<br>• Monitor system health, manage releases, and support platform upgrades.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">Salesforce Development</span><br>• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and security models.<br>• Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.<br>• Manage Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware, and event-based architecture.<br>• Support CI/CD processes using Salesforce DX and version control systems.<br>• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.<br>• Manage data integrity, backups, releases, and sandbox environments.<br>• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce and AI solutions.<br>• Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.<br>• Participate in UAT, deployment, and post-production support.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">Integration & API Support</span><br>• Integrate Salesforce with the MuleSoft API Gateway and external systems.<br>• Support real-time and near real-time data exchange using REST/SOAP APIs.<br>• Collaborate with MuleSoft and backend teams to define data models and integration patterns.<br>• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure secure data transmission.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">Security, Compliance & Governance</span><br>• Implement Salesforce security best practices aligned with CMS, HIPAA, and federal security standards.<br>• Support role-based access control (RBAC) and audit requirements.<br>• Participate in Section 508 and accessibility considerations where applicable.<br>• Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and security controls.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">Agile Collaboration & Support</span><br>• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.<br>• Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.<br><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Required Qualifications:</span><br>• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.<br>• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.<br>• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.<br>• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.<br>• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">Preferred Qualifications:</span><br>• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II).<br>• Experience with federal or healthcare projects (CMS, Medicaid, Medicare).<br>• Experience with MuleSoft integrations.<br>• Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS interoperability, and data privacy regulations.<br>• Experience with case management or investigative workflows.<br>• Configure and manage Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein AI and Salesforce Agent Framework (Agentforce).<br>• Implement AI-driven agents for sales, service, and support automation.<br>• Design and deploy AI use cases such as intelligent case routing, next-best actions, AI summaries, and conversational agents.<br>• Configure prompts, actions, and workflows for Salesforce AI agents.<br>• Integrate Salesforce AI agents with business processes, flows, and external systems.<br>• Ensure responsible AI usage including data privacy, access control, and governance.<br>• Experience implementing AI use cases such as recommendations, summaries, and automated responses.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Skills:</span><br>• Salesforce Administration & Development<br>• Apex, LWC, Visualforce<br>• Salesforce Integrations & APIs<br>• MuleSoft (preferred)<br>• Security & Compliance (HIPAA/CMS)<br>• Agile Delivery<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Education: </span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Residency Requirement:</span><br>Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and must have lived in the United States for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years.</p>
