You will mentor and enable shift leaders, sharpening their prioritization, decision-making, and overall team effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Spot bottlenecks from a mile away. Build, refine, and maintain structured workflows that eliminate friction and help the department scale effortlessly into new markets.</p></li><li><p>Drive the day-to-day execution across Payments (Withdrawals, Fraud, KYC), ensuring consistent, timely processing that knocks our SLAs out of the park.</p></li><li><p>Act as the ultimate coordination point between Payments and cross-functional teams (CS, VIP, Product, Finance). You ensure everyone is aligned, communicating clearly, and moving in the same direction.</p></li><li><p>Lead operational meetings, reviews, and reporting to ensure complete visibility, clear accountability, and actionable follow-ups across the board.</p></li><li><p>Champion automation.
