Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize the Epic ASAP module
  • Gather, analyze, and document clinical workflow requirements
  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and cross-functional project teams remotely
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Epic system configurations
  • Perform system testing, validation, and support go-live activities
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and technical specifications
  • Support end-user training and drive adoption of Epic workflows

Skills

  • Epic ASAP Certification
  • 4–5+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations
  • Strong understanding of Emergency Department workflows
  • Hands-on experience with system build, testing, and deployment
  • Experience supporting multi-hospital Epic environments
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Epic implementations
