The role involves setting up new client accounts, responding to client queries, and managing multiple tasks effectively in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities Supporting our delivery and customer care teams with a mix of practical tasks Setting up and configuring new client accounts on our platform Helping to respond to client queries Generally keeping the wheels turning during a high volume stretch Skills Strong written communication, you'll be dealing directly with clients Comfortable with web-based platforms and picking up new systems quickly Organised and reliable, especially when managing multiple tasks at once Available to start promptly and commit to the full contract period Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, or admin-heavy environment would be a bonus Benefits This is a fully remote role (based in UK) working with a great team.
