Remote Agent (Entry Level)

Job Description -

We are looking for a Remote Agent (Entry Level) to support individuals who have requested information about family-focused coverage and benefit options.

In this role, you will speak with pre-qualified individuals, walk them through available options using simple, guided resources, and help them understand next steps. The approach is structured and supportive, with a focus on helping rather than pressure selling.

Key Responsibilities-

Speak with individuals who have requested information

Explain coverage options using guided tools

Assist with onboarding and next steps

Maintain clear and accurate notes

Follow up with individuals as needed

Coordinate with remote team members

Requirements -

Good communication skills

Comfortable speaking on calls

Organized and dependable

Willing to learn and follow a structured process

No prior experience required (training provided)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
