This candidate balances critical thinking with meticulous attention to detail, exercises strong analytical skills and pragmatic technical judgment to drive critical decisions, and excels at communicating plans and building consensus with executive leadership to ensure alignment and sustained momentum across the organization.</div></td></tr></tbody></table> Responsibilities <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><li style="margin: 0in 45pt 0.0001pt 48px; text-align: justify;">You will partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions across feature areas. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.</li><li style="margin: 0in 45pt 0.0001pt 48px; text-align: justify;">You’ll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations.</li><li style="margin: 0in 45pt 0.0001pt 48px; text-align: justify;">You will deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plan, and manage governance programs.</li><li style="margin: 0in 45pt 8pt 48px; text-align: justify;">You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch. You’ll also lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct customer engagements.</li></ul> Qualifications Required Qualifications:<div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="">Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="">OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li></ul></div><div>Other Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="">Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
