This role will function as a true extension of leadership, owning complex and high-impact searches across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization while driving recruiting strategy, execution, and hiring outcomes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, including senior and leadership hires, while managing a meaningful requisition load. This is a fast-paced, high-expectation role that requires both high-volume execution and the ability to navigate ambiguous, hard-to-fill searches with precision.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:
