Performance Creative Strategist (Execution-Focused) – UGC + Static Ads

We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who can actually execute
This role sits at the center of our content engine. You’ll be responsible for producing, directing, and improving ad creatives across multiple e-commerce brands.
We are not looking for an agency or someone who just “gives ideas.”
We need someone who can:
- Think in systems
- Generate content weekly
Manage creators
- And take ownership of creative output
This starts part-time (10–15 hrs/week) and can grow quickly into a larger role.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is an execution-heavy role.
1. Produce Static Ads (Daily/Weekly)
- Use our AI tool to generate static ads (very fast, low cost)
- Improve hooks, layouts, messaging, and angles
- Create multiple variations for testing
2. Own UGC Creator Workflow
- Recruit and onboard UGC creators
- Define clear content styles (testimonial, unboxing, voiceover, etc.)
- Assign briefs and scripts
- Review submissions and give direct feedback (Loom/video preferred)
3. Write & Direct Ad Concepts
- Hooks, scripts, angles, CTAs
- Focus on performance (not just aesthetics)
- Iterate based on what works
4. Maintain Output & Quality
- Ensure consistent weekly volume of new creatives
- Balance speed + quality
- Continuously improve based on performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Meta / TikTok ad creatives
- Experience with UGC ads (not influencer content)
- Comfortable creating static ads for paid traffic
- Can give clear direction to creators
- Strong written + spoken English (must be comfortable on calls if needed)
- High ownership mentality, we will give you tools and ideas, you figure it our
Compensation
Hourly (starting part-time)
Performance-based upside / revenue share as the role grows
We are building a long-term creative system across multiple brands, and this role can evolve into something much bigger.
