<p>This is a remote position.</p> <p>The CSR Outreach Manager will play a key role in expanding Intelehealth’s institutional fundraising portfolio in India. The role focuses on building a strong corporate CSR pipeline, managing institutional relationships, coordinating proposal development, and supporting closure of CSR partnerships aligned with Intelehealth’s digital public health programs.<br></p> <p>In addition to acquisition, the role will support donors stewardship, impact communication, and renewal discussions to strengthen multi-year corporate partnerships.<br></p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></p> <p><b>1. CSR Pipeline Development</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Identify and map potential CSR partners aligned with Intelehealth’s mission and program priorities.<br></li> <li>Build and maintain a structured pipeline of corporate prospects across sectors.<br></li> <li>Initiate outreach and schedule meetings with CSR leaders, foundations, and corporate Decision-makers.<br></li> </ul> <p><b>2. Partnership Development</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Support preparation and delivery of partnership presentations.<br></li> <li>Coordinate internal inputs required for CSR engagement.<br></li> <li>Assist the Director in advancing prospects through the fundraising pipeline toward funding decisions.<br></li> </ul> <p><b>3. Proposal Coordination</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the Program / MEL teams to develop CSR proposals and concept notes.<br></li> <li>Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up communication with partners.<br></li> </ul> <p><b>4. Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Maintain ongoing engagement with existing corporate donors.<br></li> <li>Support preparation of impact updates and partnership communications.<br></li> <li>Coordinate site visits and stakeholder interactions where required.<br></li> </ul> <p><b>5. Renewal & Multi-Year Partnerships</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Track project timelines and renewal cycles.<br></li> <li>Initiate renewal discussions in coordination with the Director.<br></li> <li>Support development of multi-year CSR partnership opportunities.<br></li> </ul> <p><b>6.
