This project is focused on moving our operations to the <strong><em><em>Microsoft</em></em> Dynamics platform</strong>, specifically using the <strong>Field Service module</strong>.</p> <p>In this role, you will help us rebuild the backend systems so they connect properly with Dynamics. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on large-scale software development and likes to build bridges between different systems to make them work better together.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul><li>Design and implement solutions within the <strong><em><em>Microsoft</em></em> Dynamics Field Service</strong> module to meet internal business needs.</li><li>Rebuild and optimize backend interfaces to ensure our internal systems connect seamlessly with the Dynamics platform.</li><li>Work closely with the AppDev team to create end-to-end solutions that are stable and easy to maintain.</li><li>Assist in the architectural planning of the platform transition.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics configurations and custom integrations.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to ensure the new interfaces are well-documented and follow best practices.</li></ul> <p></p> <h3>Your skills</h3> <p><strong>Essential Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>Proven experience working as an engineer with the <strong><em><em>Microsoft</em></em> Dynamics 365</strong> platform.</li><li>Specialized knowledge of the <strong>Field Service</strong> module and how to configure it for complex workflows.</li><li>Strong background in backend development and creating interfaces that connect different software systems.</li><li>Experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps or Power Automate, to extend Dynamics functionality.</li><li>Ability to work on large scale application development projects and adapt to changing project structures.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to help rebuild and point existing systems to a new Dynamics backend.</li><li>Proactive communication skills to work effectively with developers, project leads, and stakeholders.</li></ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills & Knowledge (Nice to Haves):</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience with C# and .NET for custom Dynamics development and plugin creation.</li><li>Knowledge of web application development for portals or client facing interfaces.</li><li>Previous experience in a "Project Team" environment working on enterprise-level migrations.</li></ul> <h3>What we can offer</h3> <p><strong>The FLS difference</strong></p> <ul><li>Our modern stack projects are the right mix of exciting and challenging</li><li>Gain access to our diverse range of <strong>training programs</strong>, courses, and certifications;</li><li>Choose your work style - <strong>remote, on-site or hybrid </strong>in one of our stunning offices.
