Opportunities for individual, family, and couples therapy services as well as Telehealth.<br><br><strong>What we have to offer:</strong>  </div><ul> <li>Flexible scheduling: 30 client hours a week</li> <li>Base salary PLUS reimbursement sharing</li> <li>Paid holidays, including your birthday </li> <li>Paid Continuing Education time and Access to FREE Continuing Education Library<strong> </strong> </li> </ul><div> <strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong> </div><ul> <li> <strong>Client Care:</strong><ul> <li>Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling</li> <li>Develop and implement treatment plans</li> </ul> </li> <li> <strong>Documentation & Compliance</strong><ul> <li>Complete documentation with 48 hours of session</li> <li>Facilitate treatment plan reviews</li> </ul> </li> <li> <strong>Team Collaboration:</strong><ul> <li>Collaborate with a dynamic team</li> <li>Coordinate services with external and internal stakeholders as needed</li> <li>Attend & participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings</li> </ul> </li> </ul><div> <strong>Required Qualifications and Skills </strong> </div><ul> <li>Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and are eligible to obtain licensure in their designated field  </li> <li><strong><u>Candidates must have clinical licensure in Pennsylvania, other states welcome too! (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAPC)  </u></strong></li> <li>Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes </li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner </li> <li>Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients </li> <li>Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base </li> <li>Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Procentive experience a plus!) </li> <li>Ability to pass a background check </li> </ul><div> <strong>Preferred Qualifications and Skills</strong> </div><ul> <li>Preferred experience with wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families </li> <li>Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation </li> <li>Experience with telehealth systems and approaches </li> <li><strong>Evening &/or Saturday availability (3pm to 8pm)</strong></li> <li>Supervisory experience a plus</li> <li><strong>Creative Arts Therapists encouraged to apply!</strong></li> </ul><div> <strong>What else you should know:</strong> </div><ul> <li>This position is located in Havertown, PA </li> <li>We are hiring for MULTIPLE positions at this location </li> <li>This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director </li> <li>Learn more about our amazing company at www.elliementalhealth.com</li> </ul><div><strong>About Us:</strong></div><div>Ellie Mental Health has been providing quality mental health services since its inception, dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for both clients and employees.
