<h1>Medical Virtual Recruiter (LATAM) - Healthcare Staffing & Recruiting </h1> <p><br> <strong>Position Type:</strong> Full-Time / Contract<br> <strong>Location:</strong> Remote <br> <strong>Industry:</strong> Healthcare Staffing & Recruiting<br> <strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday | U.S. Business Hours<br><br></p> <h2>About PsyPhyCare</h2> <p>PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is a healthcare staffing and workforce solutions company supporting hospitals, behavioral health organizations, community clinics, federal healthcare programs, and healthcare providers nationwide.</p> <p>We specialize in connecting healthcare organizations with qualified professionals including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.</p> <p>We are seeking motivated and experienced <strong>Medical Virtual Recruiters</strong> located in LATAM to support our growing healthcare recruiting operations.</p> <h2>Position Overview</h2> <p>The Medical Virtual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating healthcare candidates for contract, locum, and permanent placement opportunities throughout the United States.</p> <p>This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with candidates, and helping healthcare professionals find career opportunities.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.</p> <h2><br></h2><h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li> Source healthcare candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outreach campaigns </li> <li> Conduct phone screenings and virtual interviews with candidates </li> <li> Review resumes, credentials, licenses, and work history </li> <li> Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS </li> <li> Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients </li> <li> Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process </li> <li> Build pipelines of healthcare professionals for future openings </li> <li> Send emails, texts, and outreach campaigns to prospective candidates </li> <li> Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, and leadership team members </li> <li> Meet recruiting activity and placement goals </li> <li> Assist with reference checks and onboarding coordination </li> </ul> <h2><br></h2><h2>Preferred Background</h2> <ul> <li> Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred </li> <li> Experience recruiting healthcare professionals is a plus </li> <li> Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or CRM platforms preferred </li> <li> Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written </li> <li> Comfortable making outbound calls and candidate outreach </li> <li> Strong organizational and multitasking skills </li> <li> Ability to work independently in a remote environment </li> <li> High-speed internet and quiet work environment required </li> </ul> <h2><br></h2><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li> Bilingual English/Spanish preferred </li> <li> Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred </li> <li> Experience with remote recruiting or virtual support roles preferred </li> <li> Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus</li></ul>
