<strong>Overview</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The Talent Acquisition Manager supports the Store locations through effective talent acquisition strategies for leadership positions. This position must leverage sourcing methods and drive best-in-class talent acquisition practices and processes. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will interface collaboratively with the Regional Directors and Vice Presidents for Stores operations. This position will also partner closely with the Regional HR and hiring managers. This role will be responsible for various Recruitment projects.</span></p> <br><strong>Overview of Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop, implement and execute recruitment strategies for store leadership positions (exempt and non-exempt).</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify patterns and trends related to talent acquisition needs and appropriate talent acquisition solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner collaboratively with Field Leadership to fulfill talent needs both internally and externally.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop effective partnerships with hiring managers at all levels that will enable a full understanding of their business and the specific requirements of their positions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proactively demonstrate leadership with hiring managers in developing project strategy.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Actively engage with HR leadership to participate in strategic talent planning.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Attract, screen, and interview qualified candidates.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Handle all aspects of the external recruitment process.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide recruitment strategy support to Field teams in driving applicant flow and leveraging company recruitment tools.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support all Diversity and Inclusion strategies related to talent acquisition.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build partnerships and collaborates with HR Team Members assisting or leading the drive for talent in specialized programs: i.e. University Relations, Leadership Pipeline, etc.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure that recruitment strategies are timely and cost effective.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for providing guidance and training to local leadership on external recruitment strategies.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure the integrity of the recruitment process is maintained as well as adherence to Sprouts Farmers Market Staffing Guidelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage candidate expectations during the entire recruitment and selection process to ensure the Sprouts brand remains positive in the eyes of candidates, the community and our customers.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proactively uses different resources for data mining and recruitment, along with advertising, career fairs, open houses, interviews, tele/video conferencing and networking with professional organizations and associations to</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">increase the applicant pool.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Engage in direct recruiting where needed for remote and hard to fill positions.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><strong> </strong></p> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum 5 years’ recruiting/talent acquisition experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Highly proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and decision-making skills, and ability to work on cross-functional teams</span></li></ul> <br><br><strong>Benefits</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In addition to a rewarding career, Sprouts offers a comprehensive program to help support you and your family.
