The group has experienced sustained double-digit growth in recent years and continues to scale at pace, offering a dynamic environment with significant opportunity to add value and progress.<br><br>The Central Finance team plays a critical role in supporting this growth by delivering high-quality financial reporting, robust controls, and insight-led analysis across the group.</span></p><h2><span>The Role</span></h2><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are seeking a high-calibre Management Accountant to join our Central Finance team. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for preparing management and statutory accounts, delivering insightful analysis, and actively improving financial processes and cost efficiency across the group.<br><br>The role will also play a key part in integrating newly acquired businesses and executing the group’s 100-day plans following acquisitions.</span></p><h2><span>Key Responsibilities – Financial Reporting</span></h2><p class="MsoNormal"><span>• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including full P&L and balance sheet ownership across multiple entities.<br>• Preparation of statutory accounts and support through the year-end and audit process.<br>• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of a strong control environment.<br>• Ensuring timely and accurate month-end close in a fast-paced group setting.</span></p><h2><span>Analysis & Value Add</span></h2><p class="MsoNormal"><span>• Production of insightful variance analysis and management commentary.<br>• Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the group’s financial performance.<br>• Assessing efficiency opportunities across both financial processes and cost bases.<br>• Working closely with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.</span></p><h2><span>Process Improvement & Systems</span></h2><p class="MsoNormal"><span>• Continual review and improvement of finance processes to support scalability and efficiency.<br>• Supporting systems development, automation, and data quality improvements.<br>• Contributing to group-wide finance projects and change initiatives.</span></p><h2><span>M&A Integration</span></h2><p class="MsoNormal"><span>• Playing a key role in the financial integration of newly acquired offices and businesses.<br>• Executing and monitoring finance-related elements of the 100-day post-acquisition plan.<br>• Standardising reporting, controls, and processes across new acquisitions.<br>• Acting as a finance point of contact during acquisition and integration phases.</span></p><h2><span>The Person – Essential</span></h2><p class="MsoNormal"><span>• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience.<br>• Strong experience preparing group management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet.<br>• Solid technical accounting knowledge with exposure to statutory accounts preparation.<br>• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on adding value beyond the numbers.<br>• Proactive self-starter able to work independently in a growing and changing environment.<br>• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with cloud finance systems.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>• Experience working in a multi-entity or group environment.</span></p><h2><span>Why Join Us</span></h2><p class="MsoNormal"><span>• Opportunity to play a key role in a high-growth, acquisitive group.<br>• Significant exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic projects.<br>• Real scope to shape processes and make a tangible impact.<br>• Clear progression opportunities within a growing Central Finance function.</span></p>
