Your role We are seeking an experienced Senior Jira Administrator professional to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across the Atlassian platform. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions that drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization. Your responsibilities System Design and Configuration <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to support enterprise workflows</li> <li>Translate business and user requirements into effective system configurations, automations, and dashboards</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, blueprints, and standards</li> <li>Ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals</li> </ul> Integration and Automation <ul> <li>Integrate Atlassian tools with enterprise platforms including M365, CI/CD pipelines, and other business systems</li> <li>Build and maintain automation solutions using native Atlassian tools, APIs, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, REST, etc.)</li> <li>Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes through intelligent automation</li> <li>Support API development and maintenance for seamless cross-platform connectivity</li> </ul> Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement <ul> <li>Partner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather and refine system requirements</li> <li>Provide expert guidance on Atlassian capabilities, industry best practices, and governance frameworks</li> <li>Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor on platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> Your profile Required Qualifications <ul> <li>Proven experience administering and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)</li> <li>Strong understanding of workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, and automation rules</li> <li>Demonstrated experience integrating Atlassian with external tools and platforms using APIs and scripts</li> <li>Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including identity management, change control, and governance</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</li> <li>Ability to think systematically and balance technical precision with user experience</li> </ul> Desirable Skills <ul> <li>Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Groovy)</li> <li>Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM frameworks, or Agile methodologies</li> <li>Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-200, or equivalent)</li> <li>Experience with version control, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices</li> <li>Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data protection requirements</li> </ul>
