Reporting to the <b>National Sales Director</b>, this position is responsible for developing long‑term, high‑value partnerships with national and regional hospital accounts while ensuring high‑quality, compliant promotion of Mundipharma products to healthcare professionals within hospital settings.</p><p>This role works closely with cross‑functional teams including <b>Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and SFE</b>, and contributes directly to hospital product listings, portfolio growth, and sustainable commercial performance across the PACA region.</p><p></p><h2>Role and Responsibilities</h2><h3>Key Account Management – Hospital Accounts</h3><p>As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development and performance of key hospital accounts across your assigned territory. Your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Design and implement a <b>hospital account development strategy</b> through structured Key Account Plans, reviewed and updated on a monthly basis.</li><li>Build and maintain <b>long‑term strategic and commercial partnerships</b> with national and regional hospital decision‑makers.</li><li>Coordinate and lead actions to secure and maintain <b>hospital product listings</b> for the Mundipharma portfolio.</li><li>Collaborate closely with <b>Market Access</b> and the <b>Director of Tenders</b> to ensure successful inclusion of existing and new products in hospital formularies.</li><li>Analyze sales performance and commercial effectiveness indicators (SFE) to provide <b>strategic recommendations</b> and optimize account plans.</li><li>Collect and escalate <b>pharmacovigilance data, product complaints, and safety information</b> in accordance with regulatory requirements.</li></ul><h3>Pharmaceutical Sales & Medical Promotion</h3><p>In your role as Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for compliant and impactful product promotion.
