You’ll help deliver high-quality web applications, leveraging both manual and automation testing, while collaborating with business, clinical, and development teams. About the RoleThe IT Testing Engineer II is responsible for hands-on manual and automation testing of .NET-based web applications. This role requires strong experience in functional testing, web UI testing, test case development, and defect management across Agile and/or Waterfall environments.The ideal candidate brings Healthcare domain knowledge and ensures high-quality releases through comprehensive validation and collaboration with development teams. Key Responsibilities<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Perform hands-on functional and web UI testing for .NET applications</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Create and maintain test scripts, plans, and cases</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Conduct regression, post-release, and UAT testing</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Identify, document, and track defects to resolution</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Collaborate with developers to ensure software meets business requirements</li></ul> Required Experience<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">5+ years QA experience (Technology or Healthcare)</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Manual & automation testing (Selenium or AI-based tools)</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">SDLC knowledge (Agile/Waterfall) and defect management experience</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Strong communication skills; ability to work with business users</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Healthcare knowledge a plus: HIPAA, Claims Processing, Medicare/Medicaid, EDI transactions (837, 834, 835, 270, 276)</li></ul> Education & additional Requirements<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">BS/BA preferred</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Remote work capability with dedicated workspace and high-speed internet</li></ul> Flexible WorkingAt Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$89,000 annually.
