As part of our continued international growth — driven by both organic expansion and M&A — we are strengthening our international operating model to deliver services at scale with consistency and excellence.The RoleWe are seeking a Head of International Delivery & Services Strategy to lead the evolution of our international delivery capability across all non‑Spanish territories.This a senior leadership role positioned between strategy and execution. Your mission will be to ensure that our international organisation can reliably mobilise, staff, deliver and scale complex client engagements across countries with different levels of maturity.This role is not focused on day‑to‑day project execution, nor on defining go‑to‑market strategy.
