We are currently looking for a General Virtual Assistant who will help deliver outstanding customer support and contribute to our continued success. <h2>Responsibilities </h2> <ul> <li>Provide customer support and manage client communications </li> <li>Handle calls and email inquiries </li> <li>Perform administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliance, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management </li> <li>Assist with marketing and social media management </li> <li>Follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) </li> <li>Stay updated on changes to SOPs and company guidelines </li> <li>Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all interactions </li> <li>Provide data, updates, and reports to the leadership team as needed </li> <li>Perform additional tasks as required </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <h2>Qualifications </h2> <ul> <li>Fluent in written and spoken English </li> <li>Good American accent </li> <li>Willing to undergo background checking </li> <li>Quiet and professional home office setup </li> <li>Willing to work the graveyard shift </li> <li>Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup </li> <li>Dependable electricity with power backup </li> <li>Computer Requirements: </li> <li>Windows: At least 12GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 2200/i5 8th gen or higher </li> <li>Mac: At least 8GB RAM </li> <li>Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS (Sequoia, Sonoma, Ventura, Tahoe) </li> </ul>
