The Epic Cogito Analyst is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and operational support of Epic reporting and analytics solutions across Behavioral Health and additional organizational divisions. This role partners with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to deliver actionable analytics, regulatory reporting, population health insights, and enterprise reporting optimization within the Epic ecosystem. The analyst will support Reporting Workbench development, analytics governance participation, data validation initiatives, and cross-functional reporting strategies while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and Epic best practices. font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1r4vg8e" data-start="326" data-end="425">Build and support Epic Reporting Workbench reports, dashboards, templates, filters, and metrics</li><li style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1ghjjm3" data-start="426" data-end="532">Develop and maintain automated reporting processes, including batch jobs and scheduling configurations</li><li style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="yqlf3s" data-start="533" data-end="634">Support Epic analytics environments including SlicerDicer and Caboodle-based reporting structures</li><li style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1jck5f8" data-start="635" data-end="729">Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across Epic reporting outputs</li><li style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="2ra0gg" data-start="730" data-end="835">Support user provisioning, security access, and reporting role configuration within Epic environments</li><li style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="664l2f" data-start="836" data-end="929">Lead or contribute to migration of legacy reporting content into Epic analytics platforms</li><li style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1hp30dc" data-start="930" data-end="1032">Participate in enterprise analytics governance activities, including Analytics Council initiatives</li><li style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
