Your contributions will include:</p> <ul> <li>Partnering with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and key case filings</li> <li>Conducting in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy</li> <li>Drafting and managing discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions</li> <li>Preparing trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparation</li> <li>Reviewing and managing document productions, including redaction and Bates stamping</li> <li>Drafting preservation of evidence and document request letters</li> <li>Coordinating medical record collection, processing HIPAA authorizations, and summarizing records for case use</li> <li>Supporting overall case management and contributing to a high-performing legal team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Kaufman Dolowich</strong></p> <p>You will be part of a collaborative, high-energy legal support team that values initiative, precision, and professional growth. Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
