This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, building systems and processes, coordinating across departments, and managing detailed administrative projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally with universities, licensing boards, and industry organizations.</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">Our company develops and sells high-end professional design software – specifically, add-on programs for AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit – to landscape architects, irrigation designers, architects, and engineers. We started as a father-son duo working out of a garage and now have the best-in-class software used by thousands of professionals in dozens of countries, served by a growing staff of more than 40 employees.</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">We have listened to our employees following the pandemic, and all positions are permanently remote. We currently have staff scattered across twelve states, and have made permanent work-from-home status excel as we continue to create excellent software and offer unparalleled support.</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Essential Duties/Functions:</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">University, Academic &  Administrative Support:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Serve as the primary point of contact for university students and educators.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Maintain relationships with approximately 250 universities that have access to the company's software for educational use.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Coordinate onboarding, account relations, renewals, and communication related to university software licensing.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Maintain and organize internal university records in our internal admin system. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Conduct research related to university programs, educational opportunities, and academic partnerships. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Collaborate with marketing, website, account relations, and other internal teams to support university initiatives and educational outreach. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">Continuing Education (CEU) Program Administration:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Coordinate CEU programs for landscape architecture, irrigation, and related professional fields. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Research and communicate with licensing boards, accreditation organizations, and professional associations across the United States and internationally.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Prepare and submit webinar, training, and course materials for CEU approval and accreditation. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Track approval requirements, deadlines, renewals, and compliance documentation for multiple licensing agencies and organizations. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Maintain accurate records and systems related to CEU approvals and renewals. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Assist with organizing educational webinars on our software.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">Trade Show & Industry Education Coordination:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Coordinate continuing education and accreditation requirements related to trade shows and events. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Work with internal departments and external organizations to ensure that educational sessions meet applicable CEU requirements. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Assign with event-related administrative coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Required Skills/Abilities:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Professional communication skills when interacting with universities, licensing boards, and external organizations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a structured work environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Strong research, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ability to follow established processes and maintain accurate records with excellent attention to detail.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured workflow.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ability to use internal systems to manage data and records, in accordance with company procedures.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ability to use software and A.I. tools effectively and appropriately to optimize productivity.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Minimum Experience/Education:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Minimum of  3–5 years of experience in administrative support, office administration, project coordination, education administration, or similar roles.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Experience coordinating detailed administrative processes, research projects, or compliance-related work preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Relevant educational background (degree, certificate, or equivalent practical experience) preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Experience working with continuing education programs, accreditation processes, universities, or professional organizations is a plus.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Physical & Work Environment Requirements:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Applicants must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Operate a computer and standard office equipment, including repetitive hand movements (e.g., typing, using a mouse, etc.).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Read and interpret information from a computer screen for prolonged periods.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) using phone, email, messaging, and video conferencing tools.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Move within a workspace to access materials or equipment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 20 pounds. (The company cannot speak to each individual’s home office setups, as they may vary based on their belongings.)</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"><br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Benefits and Other Position Information:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Position Type: Full-time.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">This position offers a starting salary between $63,000 and $68,000 per year, depending on experience. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Along with a competitive salary, we offer 401(k), dental, medical, life, and vision insurance, as well as vacation, sick, and holiday paid time off, in addition to a yearly bonus for qualifying full-time employees.
