This role is primarily focused on delivery management, client coordination, and operational execution, while also supporting business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.</p><p>The ideal candidate has experience leading client-facing projects in consulting environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring successful execution of projects involving data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives within public sector environments.</p><p>This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role requiring strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.</p><h2><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></h2><ul><li>Manage end-to-end project delivery activities, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery</li><li>Facilitate client meetings, status updates, workshops, and operational discussions</li><li>Gather, document, and organize business and functional requirements when needed</li><li>Translate business needs into actionable tasks and delivery plans for technical teams</li><li>Track project progress, deliverables, blockers, and escalation points</li><li>Support project governance, reporting, and operational follow-ups</li><li>Ensure high-quality communication and stakeholder management throughout project execution</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and consulting teams</li><li>Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and delivery tracking artifacts</li><li>Support Agile ceremonies and delivery processes when applicable</li><li>Help drive process improvements and operational efficiency across engagements</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></h2><ul><li>Advanced English level (written and verbal)</li><li>5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles</li><li>Strong experience working with US Public Sector or Government-related projects</li><li>Proven experience in client-facing consulting environments</li><li>Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project delivery lifecycle</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Ability to organize business requirements and translate them into structured execution plans</li><li>Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments</li><li>Ability to work effectively in remote and globally distributed teams</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></span></h2><ul><li>Experience with BI, Analytics, or Data-related projects</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx</li><li>PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP, or related certifications</li><li>Experience with public sector compliance, governance, or procurement processes</li><li>Previous experience in consulting or professional services companies</li><li>Exposure to cloud, data warehousing, or data integration initiatives</li></ul><p><br> </p><h2></h2></div>
