<p>David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Romanian speaking  Customer Service Representative to join their team from anywhere in Greece. </p><p> </p><p>Position: Customer Service Representative</p><p>Location: remote from anywhere in Greece</p><p>Employment type: fixed term (3 month contract)</p><p>Remuneration: Base salary. </p><p> </p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication</p></li><li><p>Research and identify effective solutions to resolve customer issues or concerns</p></li><li><p>Serve as the first point of contact for business partners or clients, assisting with queries related to products, services, or account management</p></li><li><p>Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools, systems, and procedures</p></li><li><p>Maintain a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive customer or partner experience</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Fluent/naative in Romanian with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
