<p>This is a remote position.</p> <p>We’re looking for a Creative Planner who lives at the intersection of strategy, culture, and creativity.<br></p> <p>Someone who doesn’t just ask “What should we post?” but asks “Why should this exist, and why will people care?”<br></p> <p>You’ll be the bridge between brand understanding, consumer insight, and creative execution, helping brands show up meaningfully across social media, campaigns, and digital advertising.<br></p> <p>What You’ll Do:<br></p> <ul> <li><p>Deep dive into brands,  their positioning, audience, tone, and business goals<br></p></li> <li><p>Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify creative opportunities<br></p></li> <li><p>Translate marketing objectives into clear creative & content strategies<br></p></li> <li><p>Plan social media direction, campaign themes, and communication territories<br></p></li> <li><p>Collaborate closely with creative, performance, and account teams<br></p></li> <li><p>Build campaign narratives, from idea to execution roadmap<br></p></li> <li><p>Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, and ad communication angles<br></p></li> <li><p>Decode trends, culture, and consumer behavior to keep brands relevant<br></p></li> <li><p>Write sharp briefs that creatives actually want to work on<br></p></li> <li><p>Ensure brand consistency across platforms and campaigns<br></p></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li><p>4–5 years of experience in a creative agency / advertising / film agency<br></p></li> <li><p>Strong brand understanding and storytelling instincts<br></p></li> <li><p>Experience working on social-first brands and digital campaigns<br></p></li> <li><p>Ability to balance strategy + creativity<br></p></li> <li><p>Comfortable presenting ideas to internal teams and clients<br></p></li> <li><p>Someone curious about culture, internet trends, and evolving content formats<br></p></li> <li><p>Bonus if you’ve worked across D2C, consumer brands, or new-age startups <br></p></li> </ul> <p> You’ll Fit Right In If You:<br></p> <ul> <li><p>Think in campaigns, not posts<br></p></li> <li><p>Notice brand communication everywhere you go<br></p></li> <li><p>Can explain why an ad works (or doesn’t)<br></p></li> <li><p>Enjoy connecting data, insights, and creativity<br></p></li> <li><p>Believe strategy should inspire creativity, not restrict it<br></p></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Benefits</h3> <ul> <li>We don’t run on rigid policies, ownership matters more than rule-books<br></li> <li>No micromanagement.
