Everybody is an individual contributor, there are no middle managers or bureaucracy. You'll learn quick and get as much responsibility as you can handle. We look for 3 key traits:</p> <ul><li><strong><strong>Agency:</strong></strong> do you push the limits of what's possible and don't wait for permission</li><li><strong><strong>Curiosity:</strong></strong> are you eager to learn (from teammates, customers, and the world)</li><li><strong><strong>Attention to detail:</strong></strong> can you be proud of the work you create</li></ul> <p>If you align with our mission, keep reading and see if you're a fit.</p> <h3>What you'll own:</h3> <p>- Weekly newsletters — drafted from source material like product walkthroughs, internal notes, and engineering tickets, then converted into blog posts</p> <p>- LinkedIn content — multiple formats per week, including long-form, short-form, and image-led posts</p> <p>- Monthly prospect newsletter plus the spin-off content that extends each edition across channels</p> <p>- Blog posts expanded from newsletters, reports, and customer interviews</p> <p>- Repurposing — taking one piece of source IP and slicing it into newsletter copy, LinkedIn posts, blog drafts, and short video scripts, etc.<br></p> <p>- Support drafts for case studies, one-pagers, and quarterly report copy when volume requires it<br></p> <h3>What we're looking for:</h3> <p>- Someone who was writing before AI and still writes well without it. AI is a complementary tool. </p> <p>- Sharp instincts for brand voice: RentEngine is confident, direct, and problem-first. We prefer data over adjectives.</p> <p>- Property management, prop-tech, B2B SaaS, or fintech experience is a plus but not required. Curiosity about the space matters more.</p> <p>- Self-directed individual.
