Everyone matters.<br><br>As the Client Success Manager you are the single most important relationship owner for Etops’ IFA clients in Germany. Your mission is to protect and grow ARR from a named portfolio of flagship accounts.  This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of customer advocacy, commercial growth and product influence.</p><br><h1>Your role and responsibility</h1><p></p><p style="line-height:115%;">In this position you will be responsible for:</p><strong>Account Ownership</strong><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Full revenue responsibility for your named accounts (upsell, cross-sell, expansion).</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Personally own operational and C-level relationships at every client.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Conduct quarterly Reviews with client leadership and Etops Executive Board members.</li></ul><strong>Growth & Expansion</strong><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Identify and close six-figure upsell/cross-sell opportunities (additional users, new modules, AI add-ons, white-label solutions, API integrations).</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Partner with clients on their digital roadmaps to position Etops as their strategic WealthTech platform for the next 5–10 years.</li></ul><strong>Adoption & Value Realisation</strong><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Drive platform adoption, feature usage and best-practice implementation.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Build and execute joint success plans with measurable ROI (time savings, cost reduction, higher client satisfaction scores).</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Organise regular on-site power-user workshops and training sessions.</li></ul><strong>Voice of the Customer</strong><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Act as the primary feedback channel from the German IFA clients into Product, Engineering and the Executive Board.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Influence the product roadmap with real client needs.</li></ul><p></p><br><h1>Your experience and profile</h1><p>We are looking for:<br></p><ul><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">2–3 years of client-facing experience in WealthTech, IFA, private banking or asset-management software.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Proven track record as a Key Account / Customer Success Manager for financial intermediaries or banks in Germany.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Existing strong personal relationships with decision-makers at the Swiss wealth managers.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Deep understanding of German IFA workflows, regulatory requirements and digitalization pain points.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Native German + fluent English.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">University degree;
