Members receive access to specialized clinicians, including endocrinologists, obesity medicine specialists, and clinical pharmacists, at-home lab testing, prescription medications, and lifestyle support.<br><br>9amHealth was founded in 2021 and is backed by leading healthcare investors like Define Ventures, SemperVirens, 7Wire Ventures, and The Cigna Group Ventures.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to own and scale how we engage members across email and lifecycle marketing. This person will play a key role in driving enrollment, activation, and retention through highly targeted, data driven campaigns.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and Product to deliver the right message to the right member at the right time, while continuously improving performance through testing, segmentation, and automation.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Email and lifecycle marketing are some of our most effective levers for driving member enrollment, engagement, and retention.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role brings the technical expertise and execution power needed to scale personalization, improve performance, and create a more seamless member experience across every touchpoint.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a great role for someone who enjoys both the technical side of campaign execution and the strategic side of improving engagement and conversion.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own Email & Lifecycle Campaigns</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns in HubSpot and/or Customer.io</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and manage automated lifecycle journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and retention</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute both one off campaigns and always-on nurture flows</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Segmentation & Personalization</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create advanced audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and relevance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Continuously refine messaging based on member behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement data</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Performance & Optimization</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track and report on campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversion, and engagement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run A/B tests and use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support forecasting and performance reporting for marketing and leadership</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-Channel & Collaboration</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Design and Communications to deliver cohesive, high quality member experiences</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align on communications calendar and member touchpoints</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Incorporate direct mail and other channels where relevant to create integrated campaigns</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Campaign Strategy & Innovation</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Propose and execute new campaign ideas, including evergreen and seasonal initiatives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention through new channels or approaches</p></li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data driven decisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable running A/B tests and translating results into actionable insights</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, and Design</p></li></ul><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with direct mail or multi-channel campaign integration</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience supporting enrollment or member/customer engagement programs</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Target compensation: up to $95,000 base salary.</em></p><h2>What you can expect at 9amHealth</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">At 9amHealth, you'll join the exciting environment of a startup with the stability of highly experienced founders that have successfully built a business from scratch.
