cybersecurity, and software industries.</li><li>Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sales intelligence platforms.</li><li>Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other prospecting channels.</li><li>Develop personalized outreach tailored to each prospect's business and hiring needs.</li></ul><hr><h2>Pipeline Development</h2><ul><li>Qualify prospective clients based on hiring needs, urgency, budget, and overall fit.</li><li>Schedule qualified discovery meetings for company leadership.</li><li>Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up.</li><li>Track outreach activities and continuously improve conversion performance.</li></ul><hr><h2>CRM & Sales Operations</h2><ul><li>Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, activities, notes, and next steps.</li><li>Keep sales pipelines organized and up to date.</li><li>Monitor outreach metrics and campaign performance.</li><li>Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align client demand with talent availability.</li></ul><hr><h2>Continuous Improvement</h2><ul><li>Help refine messaging, efficiency.</li><li>Represent the company professionally in every client interaction.</li></ul><hr><h1>Qualifications</h1><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li><strong>Minimum 3+ years of experience</strong> in B2B Business Development, Sales Development, Recruiting Sales, Staffing, SaaS Sales, or a similar outbound sales role.</li><li>Proven success booking meetings with founders, executives, department leaders, or hiring managers.</li><li>Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills.</li><li>Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li><strong>Advanced English (C1) required.</strong></li><li>Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline.</li><li>Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.</li><li>Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Availability during U.S. business hours.</li></ul><hr><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience selling recruiting, staffing, consulting, or professional services.</li><li>Experience selling into SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, software development, or venture-backed technology companies.</li><li>Familiarity with technical hiring and software engineering roles.</li><li>Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude,
