sans-serif">The base salary for this role ranges between $ 51,440 - $ 70,730, with eligibility for an incentive target of $12,600.00  which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company Helvetica, sans-serif">The Inside Development Representative (IDR) is responsible for maximizing and growing revenue and profits by acquiring new business throughout Canada.  The focus of this role will be prospecting the leads generated from our channel network (Branch, Customer Service, Web), identifying customers’ needs and aligning them to Grainger’s products, solutions, and services
