We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead expansion across the MEA region by driving partnerships with schools while also growing engagement with families seeking tutoring support for their children.</p><p>This role is central to how Revision Village scales adoption and revenue across the region.</p><h5><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h5><p>The Business Development Manager (MEA) will own regional growth across two core segments:</p><ul><li><p>IB Schools (institutional partnerships and licensing)</p></li><li><p>Direct-to-family sales (Revision Village tutoring and Revision courses)</p></li></ul><p>You will be responsible for generating demand, converting opportunities, and building long-term adoption across all customer types in the region.</p><p>This is a high-impact commercial role combining consultative sales, relationship management, and regional growth strategy.</p><h5 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h5><p><strong>School Growth (B2B Partnerships)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify, engage, and convert IB schools across MEA</p></li><li><p>Build relationships with Heads of Department, IB Coordinators, and school leadership teams.</p></li><li><p>Deliver tailored product demonstrations across all Revision Village offerings.</p></li><li><p>Manage full lifecycle: outreach, qualification, conversion, and handover to Client Experience.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a structured and active regional pipeline.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Direct-to-Family Growth (Tutoring & Revision Courses)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Engage directly with families of IB students to promote Revision Village tutoring and revision courses.</p></li><li><p>Conduct consultative conversations with parents to gain a deeper understanding of their students' needs.</p></li><li><p>Guide families toward appropriate learning solutions based on academic goals.</p></li><li><p>Support conversion through personalised communication and follow-ups.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with marketing to optimise family-facing messaging and funnels.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Regional Strategy & Execution</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own regional pipeline development across all schools and families.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasting (HubSpot).</p></li><li><p>Provide structured insights on market trends, pricing sensitivity, and customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, client experience) to refine regional strategy.</p></li></ul><h5>Qualifications & Skills</h5><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>3+ years in sales, partnerships, business development, or education-focused growth roles.</p></li><li><p>Experience across B2B and/or B2C sales cycles is highly desirable.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Commercial Ability</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage and close multiple deal types.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Regional Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li><p>Familiarity with international education systems in the region, especially the International Baccalaureate (IB), is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of parent decision-making in education is a strong advantage.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Communication</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to tailor messaging across schools, partners, and families.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Execution</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management.</p></li><li><p>Highly organised and able to manage multiple concurrent opportunities.</p></li></ul><h5><strong>Nice-to-Haves</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Experience in EdTech or education environments.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to product management or product operations workflows.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing communities or running webinars/events.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CRM systems and customer lifecycle management.</p></li></ul><h5>Why This Role Matters</h5><p>This role sits at the centre of Revision Village’s expansion in the MEA region.
