and messages, identifying urgent concerns and escalating cases appropriately.</li><li>Support providers with patient follow-ups, medication management, and care coordination.</li><li>Communicate laboratory results, prescriptions, and treatment instructions under provider guidance.</li><li>Provide compassionate and professional support throughout the patient care journey.</li></ul><hr><h2>Medical Documentation</h2><ul><li>Accurately document patient interactions, medical histories, and provider notes.</li><li>Maintain complete and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs).</li><li>Ensure documentation meets clinical, legal, and organizational standards.</li><li>Support providers by preparing accurate patient information for clinical review.</li></ul><hr><h2>Care Coordination & Administrative Support</h2><ul><li>Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-ups.</li><li>Assist with referral management and communication organizations.</li><li><strong>Licensed Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical certification required.</strong> Registered Nurses (RN) or Medical Doctors (MD) are highly preferred.</li><li>Resume must clearly indicate current license or certification status.</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.</li><li>Experience performing patient triage and urgency assessment.</li><li>Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in <strong>English and Spanish</strong>.</li><li><strong>Advanced English proficiency (C1) required.</strong></li><li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable working remotely
