<p><strong>Remote | EST Working Hours</strong></p><p>We are expanding our AI and automation initiatives and are seeking an experienced AI Automation Architect to help design, optimize, and implement scalable AI-driven operational solutions across the business.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who understands both technology and operations and can bridge the gap between business processes, automation strategy, AI tools, and scalable workflow design.</p><p>You will work closely with leadership to identify operational opportunities, design intelligent workflows, improve efficiency, and help shape the future of AI-driven business operations across multiple departments and client environments.</p><p>This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, systems thinking, and hands-on experience working with AI tools, integrations, and workflow automation platforms.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation systems</li><li>Architect scalable operational processes across internal and client-facing environments</li><li>Build and optimize workflow automations using AI and integration platforms</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation</li><li>Integrate systems, APIs, CRMs, and operational tools</li><li>Collaborate with leadership on AI strategy and implementation planning</li><li>Support automation initiatives across operations, reporting, compliance, customer service, and internal systems</li><li>Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and workflow improvements</li><li>Assist with solution design, process mapping, and implementation planning</li><li>Participate in strategic discussions, client meetings, and solution conversations where required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Working Hours</strong></p><p>This role operates within EST working hours and requires consistent overlap with the U.S.-based leadership team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience, technical background, and overall fit for the role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Hiring Process</strong></p><p>Our hiring process is designed to identify candidates who can combine technical capability, operational thinking, and strong communication skills.</p><p>The process includes:</p><ol><li>Resume review and prescreen questionnaire</li><li>One-way video interview</li><li>Interview with leadership</li><li>Additional/final interview if required</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note:</strong></p><p><strong>Only candidates who complete both the prescreen questionnaire and one-way video interview will be considered for progression in the hiring process.</strong></p> <br><h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Preferred Experience & Technical Background</strong></p><p>Candidates should have experience with some or all of the following:</p><ul><li>AI automation and workflow architecture</li><li>API integrations and connected systems</li><li>Workflow automation platforms</li><li>OpenAI and Claude ecosystems</li><li>Power Automate</li><li>Zapier</li><li>CRM systems and integrations</li><li>AI-assisted operational workflows</li><li>Business process optimization</li><li>Automation strategy and implementation</li><li>Operational systems design</li></ul><p>Experience designing scalable business automation solutions in real operational environments is highly preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions</li><li>Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Professional presence in meetings and collaborative discussions</li><li>Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward</li><li>Comfort working in a fast-moving and evolving AI environment</li><li>Strong organizational and project coordination skills</li><li>Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders</li></ul>
