<h2 style="text-align: center;" data-start="130" data-end="221">Accounting Manager Location: Remote, US Reports to: VP, Finance Type: Full-Time Compensation: $100k - $130k base</h2> The Mission A growing, multi-location service business is hiring an Accounting Manager to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and bring structure, accuracy, and visibility to the financials. This is a hands-on role. You will run the accounting function, ensure clean and timely reporting, and build processes that scale with the business. You will partner closely with leadership to translate financial data into operational insight—supporting better decisions, stronger controls, and sustainable growth. What You’ll Own <ul data-start="780" data-end="1757"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1oij9fb" data-start="780" data-end="847">Full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1lozfx3" data-start="848" data-end="901">Month-end and year-end close—accurate and on time</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1aul6fn" data-start="902" data-end="954">Financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="18rdqfa" data-start="955" data-end="1007">Chart of accounts and transaction classification</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1hi8v5x" data-start="1008" data-end="1088">Billing and revenue operations (recurring, project-based, and contract work)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="kfw41e" data-start="1089" data-end="1149">Invoicing accuracy, revenue recognition, and collections</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1nsgl5r" data-start="1150" data-end="1233">Job costing and profitability tracking across customers, projects, and services</li> <li style="font-size: data-end="1351">Expense management, including equipment tracking and depreciation</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="ioa37j" data-start="1352" data-end="1409">Compliance with GAAP and style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1j4j104" data-start="1779" data-end="1841">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1w823x8" data-start="1842" data-end="1917">5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team oversight</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="16hspym" data-start="1918" data-end="1968">Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="jkqf4j" data-start="1969" data-end="2048">Experience in service-based, construction, or rental environments preferred</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1qwt6g1" data-start="2049" data-end="2116">Proficiency with accounting systems
