This role includes a combination of remote work, regional travel, and in-person customer engagement.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(150, 14, 119); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">🤩 What you'll do</span><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">We are seeking a highly motivated, consultative Account Executive to drive growth in the K-12 Education market. This role will focus on new logo acquisition, strategic district engagement, and expanding Toon Boom’s presence in one of the largest and fastest-growing education markets in North America.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into K-12 education environments and understands how to navigate district leadership, curriculum stakeholders, and procurement processes.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">Your main responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Drive new business acquisition across school districts and educational organizations </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and marketing-generated leads </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Develop relationships with district leaders, curriculum stakeholders, educators, and procurement teams </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, demos, and discovery sessions </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to execute territory GTM plans </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce (SFDC) and</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Represent Toon Boom at education conferences, customer events, and regional engagements </span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(150, 14, 119); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">🎯 What you'll need</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">You have </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">3–7 years of experience in SaaS, EdTech, or technology sales,</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"> with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">You have </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">proven success selling into the U.S. K-12 education market</span><span style="font-size: 10pt">, with a strong understanding of how districts evaluate and adopt technology</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">You have experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder district sales cycles from prospecting through close</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">You have a consultative selling style and a natural ability to build trust with administrators, curriculum leads, and procurement teams</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all levels of an organization</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">You have a self-starter mentality with strong organizational habits and the discipline to manage a full pipeline independently</span><br></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(150, 14, 119); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">🤝 What to expect during the recruitment process</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt">At Toon Boom, we believe in a transparent and respectful experience.
